What reason to give while rejecting any offer?
I’m currently working in Citi as an AVP in Mumbai for the past 9 months.. due to personal reasons I wanted to move back to Pune (I have worked in Pune for last 8 years before coming to Citi) so I landed up with an offer from HSBC into Wholesale IT (GCB5).
My current Fixed CTC in Citi is 26.5 excluding PF and Retrials and HSBC IT has offered me 30.5 for the same and said they cannot increase further as am moving jobs in after 9 months which is too early..

Oh I forgot to mention Linkedin as well in my post. Do you have any other recommendations?
What region of the country ?
Otta if you want to get into the Tech world
Michael Page but I’m not sure if it caters
to outside of the NYC metropolitan area. Glassdoor is also helpful. I would recommend watching videos on how to use google search effectively to find job postings. I saw a tiktok that made it very easy to find the application/posting on the platform via google search by setting certain search parameters basically avoiding third parties sites like LinkedIn/Indeed.

Simply Hired. Glassdoor. Built In.
There are a number of recruiters that I would go to before the ones you mentioned.
LinkedIn, local networking/paralegal associations, etc. I have the best luck with LinkedIn because of the job listings and number of recruiters on there.

I would try reaching out to a recruiter directly rather than just applying with Robert half. They're much more responsive that way.
If you’re a member of a paralegal association see if they have a job board. If you know if a firm or company you may want to check their website directly, too.
Try your local paralegal group like PASSCO. On my county they have a group for paralegals that also have jobs. It’s pretty good because most of the local law firms are members.

LinkedIn is number one. Have others review your resume and cover letter for their recommendations. Network hard.
