Hcl is offering E3 band, for Azure Architect Role.
Offered ctc: 27 + 3 (variable)

Already having 26 ctc (fixed) and another 2 lacs as shift and on call allowance.

Years of experience. 11.6 Years

But Shift would be general 9 to 6 in hcl.
Any suggestion/ feedback to opt or not?
