RANT ----- How to get rid of toxic project????
I made a switch few months back, got into a toxic project and I'm stuck here from last 3 months. Very Impatient & Short tempered manager , adhoc work everyday, lot of unnecessary calls , hard deadlines , no proper planning and estimation of work.
