I was assigned a project for a big brand a year ago through a recruitment agency, the brand now contacting me for another project & asking for a quote. What’s the common practice here?

I did sign a contract with the agency and in the freelance handbook it states out that within certain period of time any future projects from the same client needs to go through with the agency. But I don’t want them to take half of my pay check. Help!

Offer A (Scientist 3): 70k with full benefits including 15 PTO days and 5k tuition assistance yearly. I will be joining IBM next week in Bangalore ( physical onboarding ) and my hometown is in West bengal , My father is having health problems , mother won't be able to handle everything and no such person we can rely on .
