I finished my loop for a TAM role last week. Of the 4 rounds, I felt on average I nailed all technical questions but my behavioral were 50-50. I say that because I got a lot of follow up questions and I don’t know if that’s not normal. There was one super nice guy who said that only 20% are made offer after The final loop.. anyone know how rigorous it is nowadays to get a TAM role

Random partner asked a litigation-related question to a partner I frequently work with (i’m a transactional associate). My partner cc’d me and said for me to briefly look. Asked the library. They got me a great case. Sent it back. Now the random partner is asking for more cases in another circuit.

When renting a condo from an owner, I was asked to pay a $150 move-in fee to the building which I thought makes sense, but then I am being told to also pay a $500 non refundable move in fee to the owner but he is not wanting a security deposit. Is this normal? Seems like $500 down the drain but not sure if this is normal
