Couldn't tell you since I'm still interacting with customers every day and thus dealing with TSD. There's nothing "post" about it. Congrats on making it out!
Chief
Ha, true! Still in the thick of it over here. Appreciate it though, feels good to be out on the other side!
No, it definitely doesn't go away. Sometimes I have to remind myself that I AM the manager haha. But I still get that feeling you are talking about every time.
Chief
Haha, I totally get that..it’s weird how that “not really in charge” feeling sticks around even when you actually are!
Id like to speak to your manager
Chief
You’re looking at them 😂
I still get this almost all the time, so stressful! Especially when I know I'm right.
Chief
It’s the worst when you have to defend yourself even when you know you’re right.
Know what's worse than them asking to speak to the manager? BEING the manager ;) Even two years out, I still have nightmares. And since technically, I am the manager, I still get to deal with the customer complaints. It never ends.
Exactly. And the higher you go, the bigger the headaches. And no matter how bad your day is, someone is having an even worse day. My goal is to not be the reason they're having a worse day. Wish I could say I have always been successful in that.

Probably not customers use that line to throw salt in the wounds they created.
Chief
Exactly, they cause the problem and then act like they’re the victim.

It is definitely there and I hear it almost everyday.
Chief
Right? It’s hard not to notice it once you start paying attention.
