I gave interview in Capgemini for Senior Business role last week Monday and Tuesday. Cleared both the rounds L1 and L2 as communicated by HR to me on WhatsApp. Later he told client round will be there but from last 1 week no communication about it.
Can someone for Capgemini help me with recruitment process, how much time it takes? Is client round necessary? How much time it takes to release the offer? And I will be applicable to which band?

"23% commission on quota minus base": 37k (don't understand this)
"Proposed 23% commission on 150% quota minus base": 86.5k
Sales commission threshold per month: 22k
OTE: 122k
Cost/Sales: 28%

That base salary is lower than my previous base by a significant amount by 32.7%
