Has anyone here used New Western to buy real estate deals?

Am I correct in my understanding that:

Over a certain income ($76k as of 2021), a single person CANNOT make tax-free contributions to a traditional IRA if you have a workplace retirement plan?

In my example, I have a work 401k, and my adjusted gross income is over (or just about hovering) at the 76k limit. This means I can't make pre-tax contributions to a traditional IRA, so I should just go for a Roth?

Is there a calculator that I can put in all my investments and see how it works out in 50 years? I know each brokerage has their own projection thing, but just wondering if there are any other tools where i could combine everything?

Do bank managers/loan officers at local branches have any sway in approving loans? I live in a small Midwest town would it be better to go to my local bank and see if people I know there can get a better rate etc on an auto loan?

Can you change your 401k contribution amount specifically for bonuses, in the fidelity 401k? You can do this for Schwab 401k but not seeing an option for fidelity

Is my 401(k) match based on a sum amount (i.e. 6% of 100k = 6000) or from each paycheck?

Do you pay your credit cards in full every month?

I ask because I’ve let my credit spending get a bit lax since moving and adopting a puppy recently, so I haven’t been paying them off in full every month like I used to (though still well above the minimum payment, and keeping utilization at 30% or under). It got me thinking about how many people adhere to this advice.

Everyone says Geico car insurance is cheap . However for me it is most expensive. I went for Allstate/State farm which were cheaper than Geico. Am I missing something?

Anyone been able to work from Dubai for a UK/US firm and benefit from no taxes? Is the executive order from June impacting people who had an h1b stamped and moved jobs? Since the h1b would need an amendment if someone changes jobs, would that pose a risk? Any folks who have moved jobs on h1b in the last month or so?

Any tax accountants/attorneys in here? What would happen to the 401k of a foreign worker if they cannot longer maintain an immigration status and have to go back home? What about a ROTH 401k? Assuming they made after-tax contributions, would they still be able to take tax-free distributions if they are non-resident aliens for tax purposes?

We are close family and they trust my judgement. Another of my uncles wants to join for the next home we buy. How do we split/ allow their buy in to our partnership for the next home? Who is still in denial about a housing correction? The Fed just made another .75% increase. Powell said they won’t stop until inflation is 2%. He also said a recession would be better than the consequences of unchecked inflation. He announced he will bring rates to a “restrictive level” until “the job is done”. He said that labor demand needs to soften (ie: layoffs). He very explicitly said he wants to slash demand and that housing needs a “correction”.
