Job Status: Active (Accepting Job Submissions)
Submission Status: Completed

What does this mean ?

Hello everyone, I recently got a job offer and I’am in the process of the background check. Do companies usually contact previous employers? If yes, should I inform my previous employers for a heads up?

Can you recommend any resources to gather data on risk ratings etc for benchmarking? Particularly interested in sector breakdowns and publicly available sources are scarce. Thank you!

Current CTC 20 fixed. YoE 11.
An offer HSBC is in pipeline ( 28 fixed as per Recruitment consultant). Position offered is Senior consultant specialist.
However I know that there is scope of pushing the offer till 36. Any inputs on getting the offer to desired figure would be helpful.
