As an ADC applying this summer for 2022 start, I haven’t gotten a chance to connect with any L.E.K. Consulting members and I really want to get to know the company better before moving on with my application. Any L.E.K. Consulting fish out there willing to spare a few minutes to chat about their work, the company, the culture etc? Thanks!
What is the hiring process of persistent systems? I am done with one technical round and got an email with subject line as 'feedback' but in mail it is written that they will get in touch with me. What does that mean? Will there be more technical round or managerial round?
Persistent Systems Limited
Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

Why are you connecting with recruiters when you should be connecting with PPMD? :-)
Sorry, ppmd?
Principal/ Partner/ Managing Director. That’s IMO only as some people I have talked that landed a job told me they talked with the “right people” so just take that with a grain of salt :)
Are you landing interviews? Or just getting rejected flat out? Sometimes an internship on a resume or working with a career advisor can really drastically change the course.
I am landing interviews very recently but that too very very rarely
You hard work will pay off soon. It seems like you're giving it your best. Some people don't get an offer until months after they've graduated and it'll be there dream job. It may not take that long for you but the right job will find you. What career field/position are you applying for?
Thank you, it really means a lot to me. I am applying for data analyst, business analyst and data scientist roles.
There is always a perfect timing for everything. You are not alone. Anyone else can be in the same situation as you are or even worse. Make a difference by giving out that positive attitude towards failures and rejections. Positive thoughts bring positive results. Just keep moving forward until you reach the top.
Don't be discouraged! I know how it feels. You will definitely get a job if you keep on applying! Don't give up!
