I've got offer from Dunnhumby, Fractal and Gartner for the role of Data engineer. Which one should I go for?

Tech Stack - Python, PySpark, Azure Data Factory and Synapse analytics.
YOE - 2.2
Gartner - 16LPA
Dunnhumby - 15 fixed + 1.5 Joining bonus+ 10% variable
Fractal - 13.5 LPA

At some Big 4 companies there is a Partner / Principal group that has equity and are part owners of the business and an equivalent Managing Director group that does not have equity and are essentially employees.

How does it work at McKinsey / Bain ? Do those same distinctions exist across partner types, owner vs non owner?

Has anybody switched from Deloitte India to Usi?
How was the procedure? Did you quit the India firm and then join Usi or is an internal switch possible?

Upcoming interview with large tech company for biz ops go-to-market role. Any book recommendations to learn about go-to-market / sales op strategies for tech?

What’s the best approach to negotiate a higher base salary? Should I mention competing offers, what my earning potential is in the next ~2 months in my current role - or both?

Just received 2 offers that I’m weighing, both in Advertising tech:
1. Smaller firm about to be acquired by a larger one, Product Marketing role (title would be Sr. PMM)
2. FAANG, Sales Account Manager role (similar to my current role)
I have 5-6 YOE and have been in an Account Management role for most of my career - is it worth making the switch to PMM at a smaller firm or sticking with what I know at a FAANG? Both would have relatively similar comp. Thanks in advance for your input!

How's a response to my future hire a year later

I got laid off due to covid. I picked up this opportunity to pay my bills (40% lower Money)

So had to do this for a while

I decided to move on from my job of 7 years, I had no days off, It was getting overwhelmed, I just wanted to spend quality family time, so I applied at another place and I was hired on the spot, so my old employer offered me what I wanted and I decided to stay, so my question is ….. how in a professional way do I tell my new employer that I not coming to work with them. I’m supposed to start by the end of this month.

Who was around in 2008/2009 at big 4? Specifically in advisory? How were those practices affected during the layoffs? Any insight to ease some of the worry/unknown would be greatly appreciated.

Very specific to retail and/or hospitality in-house roles: has anyone found a good solution for predictive scheduling? Our retail division has one set of software for scheduling and one for payroll, and neither of them can handle predictive scheduling compliance issues unless they’re used for both the scheduling and payroll functions. I just accepted an offer in writing. The new job will start the background check next which I’ve been told it may take a while to complete. My start date at the new job isn’t until 2023 so there is some time for me to turn in my notice. I don’t anticipate any hiccups in the background check but is it wise to wait until the background check is complete before turning in my notice?

I am being offered 17lpa fixed + 1.7lpa variable by Mckinsey Bangalore and 14.5lpa fixed + 1.5lpa Joining bonus by Deutsche Telekom WFH.

Both are offering me a SDE 1 position.

I want to know the better company keeping in mind WLB, Perks and Benefits, Culture, also with the thought that in the future I want to pursue an MBA in the future.
