6th year of h1b starting in 6 months. Firm has just initiated GC process. How long does it typically take to file PERM and is there a 365 day rule that it should be filed 365 days prior to H1B expiration? Any exceptions to that rule.

There are a lot of UX educational programs out there, some very new, e.g. Dribbble, and costs are all over the place - General Assembly is $15k (and full-time), CareerFoundry almost $8k, and then many others at a fraction of the price. 2020 grad M&A/PE Associate in LCOL area thinking about moving to a ECVC/M&A boutique.
