This might not be career related but I am seeking advice on how to retire early. I know nothing about investing or saving money/budgeting so are there any good resources or advice anybody could share as I start my career? Living in a no tax state and hour household makes 550k to 650k per year depending on bonus.

We are considering buying a 2.5M condo w approx 3-4k of monthly condo fees.

Does that seem out of our means? We never spent much and saved about the same amount (2.5M), which is now sitting in stocks.

Your firms most underutilized/unknown benefit?

Considering to buy a condo with SO and wondering which mortgage product to use.. Came across 7year arm with 2.5% rate which sounds pretty low. Anyone know pros and cons against traditional 30 yr mortgage? we are more than likely to live in this place for 5-7years and possibly renting out afterwards.

GP group is prefunding salaries and we’re looking for a a dynamic lending professional to come in to run underwriting and help with originations as well. Not opposed to giving juice in the GP entity. Please dm me if you or someone in your network has always dreamed of starting a real estate fund.

We probably will want to relocate and therefore sell our house in 2-4 years. I don’t have any interest in selling now but I’m starting to get nervous that in 2-4 years interest rates will have gone back up and we’d sell for much less. Someone help talk me off the ledge...
