While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..

I am starting a 4-months internship at a company B in January. However, I just heard from a company T that they will interview me for their full time position.

I got an offer from chubb Business Services with 10.5 LPA. My exp is 1.6 yrs and my current package is around 7 LPA at Infosys. Should I take this up ? How is it working for chubb ? Now, I got another offer with around 150% in another product company B. Joining date in both are by next week. How to politely reject the offer from Company A ( they won't match the new offer). I am afraid if there is any consequences.

Today I called that TOP MNC (CHUBB) same. They asked me to share screenshot - I shared . Now they are asking complete offer letter of CGI but I denied as I feel this is not right to share docs.

I moved to my current company just a month back but Amazon process was in progress, so leaving in probation. I don't think they considered TC of my current company (17 LPA from 7.5 LPA) as it's been just a month. Any views regarding the offer and TC offered.
