I got a new job that I am starting in about 4 months. It's so hard to stay motivated at my current job when I know I'm leaving. Everyday I procrastinate on my tasks, go on my phone, wish for the day to be over.
I'm sure that many people have gone through this... how did you get by?? I'm struggling over here lol.

I started a new job in May. I took a step down from Paralegal to Legal Asst. At my interview I was told that to them the title was interchangeable & I would be doing Paralegal work, especially considering that I knew how to do the heavy Paralegal work. But it’s been 6 months of tedious admin work & when I point out mistakes on pleadings, question case strategy or discovery methods, & suggest more effective ways to get things done, I get these weird looks or the brush off. What can I do?

For remote folks: am I more likely to find a remote role that allows me to move around multiple times during my tenure at a big FAANG-like company, or a startup? what are things I should look out for in my search?

Please be noted that I'm spending 1.5L -1.8L pm for my family expenditures (family of 2) with the similar way of expenditure how much should I earn?
