I got a offer from TCS recently. I gave my tentative DOJ as 16th December. After few days I got a mail stating that my doj was confirmed and will be on December 16th but in iBegin, DoJ is mentioned as December 22nd. Anyone faced this kind of situation

It’s through some Indian consultancy. They would pay in INR (2.5 lakh per month) .
Is that good to go and survive in Jamaica. Accommodation would be from consultancy.

Alcohol addiction, liver failure and then it taxed the kidneys too much, she went into cardiac arrest at 9 am and they could not save her. She was 51. Sad day for sure. 1. Can I take leaves on Notice Period?
2. I have 6 wellbeing leaves, should I take them first and then resign? Or these are encashed too??
3. 6 normal PTO, will it be encashed or adjusted in NP? Or is it wise to exhaust all leaves and then resign??

There are so many people getting offers with more than 10-15 LPA in IT by providing fake experience & proxy interview support. Some don't even have a technical degree.

I totally feel worthless now after working 5 yrs in IT now. I worked very hard, got admission in top college, studied very well there & got an offer of 10 LPA during clg placements.

I know in India unemployment is at peak but getting employed in illegal way doesn't do justice for hardworking people? Any thoughts over this ?
