I got an offer from Accenture for L10 offered ctc 12fixed + 2.5 now suppose I get another better offer and before 2 days of joining if I decline Accenture offer. Will there be impact like getting blacklisted to apply in future? Or anything else. Or is it just fine ? I feel accenture low balled me consider I have to relocate to a different state.

I’m currently in the process of being converted from contractor to permanent. In my initial conversations I was under the impression that I was in a different pay grade and asked for a salary 25k higher than the max allotted for my position.
