My boss shamed me publicly in an email sent to the entire office. I am a marketing director and have handled multiple important campaigns, but I got sick and he called me "weak" and told my coworkers that they should avoid being like me. Huh.

Ibm gives 22 vacation leave and 12 sick leaves but my team and PeM allows only 12 leaves (this includes both sick and vacation) leaves in a year which is very less . What are my options regarding leaves. If I take more than 12 in a year what can be the consequences?

My wife is pregnant with our second child. She has a good job and health insurance. I went out on my own doing criminal defense so I could help with our first child. Our daughter has been sick a lot. I don’t make as much as wife. Now with second one the cost of daycare will double. Is crazy to run the numbers and think Maybe I shoul be stay home dad? Embarrassing to admit but I have a hard time putting my phone down and I’m sick of wasting my time. I’ve only found ones that allow you to block access to selected apps but it also allows you to end the blocking period whenever you’d like (thus not really helping my ADHD impulses). Hi everyone! I was hoping to receive some advice with how to transition to product management. I'm currently a senior medical secretary, 2 years of experience, at a well know hospital with a BA in psych and econ and a certificate in PM (thought I would at least get that since my job pays for it). What can I say to recruiters that will WOW them or replace the fact I have no degree because that’s what most of these company’s require.

I think I bombed a case interview with Chartis for an associate consultant position. The case was in excel and required me to manipulate the data via share screen with the interviewer. I couldn’t get some functions to work and was struggling to go through the 16 page PDF of data. I had several answers correct but needed to walk through the remaining questions with some guidance. My other 3 case interviews went well and I had great conversation with the partner for behavioral interview. Thoughts?
