I got an offer from Bnp Paribas. For the BGV, they are asking last 10 years addresses. In the last 10 years, I stayed in different PGs for the first 4 years. I don't know if they exist now, and don't have contacts with them. Do I need to provide those addresses in BGV form. Do they physically verify them?

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Management etc, I had other offers from societe generale and hsbc similar offer but in hsbc the role was of a manager in compliance risk analytics domain, bnp is in trade and investment banking domain, I choose bnp, was it a good choice?
