So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Hi! I have an offer internally within my current org for a level above my current paygrade and they are pushing me to sign the offer. I’m actually waiting to hear back from FAANG(might take 2 weeks from here on). I’m really confused on how I could keep my current internal offer in the loop while I wait for my faang interview results? I don’t want to sign up internally and then later if faang works out I would have to say no to these internal folks..
Anyone have thoughts or experience how and where to invest as MBA student with zero income and little savings? But the designation offered is 'Senior Engineer - Cloud Services and Software' whereas in PwC my designation: 'Technology Consultant' & designation of offer in hand(IBM) :'Advisory Consultant'.
So will IBM consider my Larsen & Toubro Infotech offer as a counter offer?
My fear is whether they will say 'you r offered a different role hence we cant consider'.Will it matter that much?
I am looking for a leadership role. I have the support of my upper management, however I'm less than a year in at my company. It's growing really quickly and we have tripled in size since this time last year. My team is less than 10 people and not ready to split to add another manager. What can I do in the meantime to ensure I stay top of mind when it's time to pull the trigger? We have a management meeting every week, is it too early to ask to join and listen? Been looking for a Human Resources Assistant/ Coordinating Position. I'm currently working as a part time Hr Assistant/Coordinator and part time Assistant Manager at my job. I have mainly been using indeed and LinkedIn to apply for jobs and I live in New Jersey. What advice can you give? What job boards do you think are best? I have my updated resume and cover letter if necessary.
Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies.
