I got around 6% increment after 18 months. I am a top performer in my team and still got such dismal increment. I have a feeling that it’s time to move on.

Rising senior here. Interviewed for McK today and my parents (who I’ve tried to explain the importance of these interviews to) burst into my room in the middle asking me to do a task, right in front of the interviewer, and spent a minute arguing with me when I said I couldn’t. Just found out I didn’t move on to the next round and while I’m sure some of it was my performance, hard to not just be absolutely livid with my parents here who still don’t get it. I gave an interview at TCS last Monday for Project Manager role. The hiring manager directly called me and scheduled the interview as I had reached out to one of their posts through LinkedIn. Post that I got a call from TCS asking me to register on ibegin portal and confirm which I did. But I still haven't got any call/mail from HR on the feedback of the interview or further rounds. By when should I expect a feedback from HR if I am shortlisted or not?
