I was contacted by a recruiter with a job in the EV market, which is something I've been wanting for a while. Im at a comfortable point in my current position where I can do my job very easily, change would mean starting from zero again. What should I do? Any advise?

When you recruiters say at the end of a 15 min call.
“I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time. I’ve did these calls with 3 recruiters and is yet to hear back from someone. Today would be the 4th recruiter that I’ve spoken to. Does this practice annoy you guys just as much as it does us? My dream career is to be a technical recruiter but this whole thing is discouraging.

I got an offer from accenture 8lpa fixed 1.68 variable n the position is level 11.
Now i have better offers from pwc n kpmg
10lpa fixed.
Will accenture increase their offer. They wer not even ready to go till 8.5 last time. But now i have other offers in hand. Is it possible to go back and ask for improved offer n position even though i have accepted the old 8lpa offer from accenture 1 month back.

Hi, Is it possible to find a Strategy or Management Consulting job in the UK without being there? I did Masters from Europe and currently working in Europe. I am not sure which companies consider applications and offer tier 2 or other work visa? Moreover, does referral works in this case?

Quick question.
I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.

- Continue working with the recruiting company, hoping that they will find another position for me? (as they told me they will, and when they applied me I started working with my current company within 2 weeks)

Rate my offer for a business valuations associate role at a boutique firm in Toronto:
- $90k + ~7.5% annual performance bonus
- $5k in clawback reimbursement

My background:
- SA1 in assurance

What would someone 2-3 years of experience be looking for in a role outside of consulting comp wise? Trying to price out a role to be competitive but not break the bank.

And on Sunday Yoga and swimming. Now enjoying relax evening. It felt like a vacation and was quite stress reliever.
