I gave an interview at TCS last Monday for Project Manager role. The hiring manager directly called me and scheduled the interview as I had reached out to one of their posts through LinkedIn. Post that I got a call from TCS asking me to register on ibegin portal and confirm which I did. But I still haven't got any call/mail from HR on the feedback of the interview or further rounds. By when should I expect a feedback from HR if I am shortlisted or not?

I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. My elder brother (2 year elder) and jobless from 8 years (don't want to do anything just sleep all day - he is also a software engineer).
