I have received an offer from LTC. Is the offer letter we got initially is not final. Is there any possible problems that can occur. I am on my notice as I received the offer letter. It says conditional though. Please someone guide me
It's not the final one .. once bgv is completed they will share the unconditional offer letter...!!!! When is your joining date?
Real offer letter will be given to you on your joining day

I don’t think there is any such thing like unconditional offer letter.. Did HR mentioned you that you will receive unconditional offer letter after BGV?
As you already mentioned that it is conditional offer same as workday subject line ..I surely believe that there would be unconditional offer post bgv
Update: Got unconditional offer letter mail. In workday , status is changed to "Ready to Join".
can i consider this as final offer ? if yes, when can HR communicate with me reg pre joining formalities

Follow up with your recruiter daily on BGV , else they will reschedule the joining on last minute stating BGV incomplete reason

My workday status shows offer pending past one week, may iknow when I can expect an offer letter to be released? Salary discussion with hr also completed any one did face the same situation?

Update: This is After getting unconditional offer mail and in workday - status changed to 'Ready to Join'. Last week.
Now again they sent me conditional offer and now workday status changed to "Not reviewed". Just like the first time how we got....
can this be ignored? or the earlier unconditional offer is put on hold..? any comments please?
PS: I tried to call HR , he is not picking call. sent mail for clarification but no response from them. . I dont understand why these process in is so mess.
