Upcoming Data Analyst Interview with Healthcare startup company - Clarify Health Solutions. There are 6+ rounds and I’ve only made it through one. Super anxious as I’ve seen online that they tend to ghost throughout the process and it’s hard to get an offer. Can anyone provide any tips or pointers?

I agree with the person who recommended avoiding saying “um.” Try to avoid any verbal tick as much as you can. They’re annoying to the listener. Sit up straight. Look the interviewer in the eye. Pause and think before you answer the question. Be sincere and clear in your responses. You’ve likely heard this all before, now take it to heart. And PRACTICE. Get someone you trust and role play. Practice being on both sides of the table and you’ll get it. But do practice. Rock stars do it. Politicians do it. Actors do it. Because it works.
I hate role playing with someone, so embarrassing!

It’s as simple as the flow in which you speak. I like to practice my answers to commonly asked interview questions. It really does help; when they ask that question or something similar, you are confident about the answer. Just practicing speaking in general can help, letting your words and phrases flow without many pauses. Sit up straight and speak with confidence. Simple as that.
I hate practicing!
Saying “um” less and eye contact is signs of true confidence. Someone mentioned flow and that’s pretty much it, you’d want to conjure your complete thought before thinking. Lastly, understanding that they need you is why you’re there. Them chosen you is on you. Good luck!!!
Yeah I guess it’s not a very confidence thing!
Depending on your body language during the interview, posture may be one example. Also how you articulate your responses. That’s potentially another example.
Sit up straight is always the answer for posture!
