I got laid off from a big 10 federal government contractor in April due to DOGE cuts. I’ve been working a part time (25 hr a week) consulting gig at a public university since June. Would it be a lie to just list the job title as a normal job title on my resume, or do I need to put “(part-time)” in parentheses next to it? I’m leaning towards just listing it as a normal job title and then disclosing truthfully if asked in the interview if it was full time or part-time? Am I a liar for doing this?

Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this?
