I got offer letter with CTC of 20 Lpa for engineer 3. I have a concern about my lwd in my current company not allowing me for early relase. I have nearly 27 days discrepancy of date offered joining date.
Any ways to extend my joining date much appreciated. I have a proof of lwd mail as well.

I worked 2m for startup company and absconded due to bitter experience from Jun'21 - July'21 , later immediately joined to another company Aug'21 to present(under notice period).
