Considering switching from advertising PM to Consulting or Construction. Anyone else worked as a PM in a different agency? Pros? Cons?

I want to move to Europe or New Zealand. I am educated/barred in the US and only speak English. Is this hopeless, or are there opportunities out there for someone like me?

Things are apparently going to get better after a client will be leaving, I’ll get to work on different brands but I am feeling pretty burnt out from the agency I’m at. Will new clients help? Hi Folks, I'm currently in search of a mentor. I'm a 28y/o MSc grad and starting a Junior Funding Consultant role (writing grant applications for startups) as I'm tired of holding out for an entry level role in ESG/Sustainability - I keep getting rejections despite completing a very wide ranging internship at a renewable energy company. Last year I received an offer at Deloitte Belgium but due to Brexit & VISA delays, we couldn't continue. Now I'm unsure of my career progression & need guidance.

Anyone know what would be a fair offer moving from the equivalent of a SM position leading tech due diligence at a consulting firm to a similar position working directly for a large PE firm (although director title there)

I’m an SE who works 2 AE’s, and from looking at the market am on the bottom end of the pay scale. The company I work for has many different products/services (80+), so they wanted SEs to take on a local “SME” role in a specific area, to support other members of the team.

This role has ramped up quite a bit recently, and people have been coming to me for help with their deals (overviews, demos, POCs) which is increasing my workload.

Hi fellow PMs, Question for the group: has anyone here made the switch from being a creative agency PM to a digital producer or digital agency PM? I.e. going from managing creative projects like TV to managing website builds/UX projects. If so, what was the transition like and what helped you get your bearings in the new environment? I’m thinking about making the switch myself but I don’t have a digital background.

I am an AE moving to a PM role at my agency.

Since I will have the PM title, what is the roadmap for moving to FAANG (or similar) or SaaS digital end to end dev/implementation companies as a Technical PM/Senior PM/Program Manager?

I have 5 YOE in Account Management, 2+ of which are in heavy digital working with Dev, Digital PMs, and client tech/implementation teams.

I also have had some direct experience in PM and will be building those specific skills in my new role.
