I had a candidate who was interviewing for an HR position "No Show" to an interview. It boggles my mind that someone with HR experience recruiting and handling HR issues would do something like. Why are people so afraid of saying, "No, I'm not interested?" or "I've found another job?" Even through text would have been more respectful than what they did.... I'll stop communicating and waste your time! What is this world we in? Am I just getting too old? Should I not be surprised by this?

There’s no excuse that by the age of 25 you have never tried therapy. I’m speaking directly to the demographic in this group who I’m sure over 95% of people in here are earning 6 figures. Key word: TRY. I understand it’s not for everyone but to have never even attempted seeking therapy is a injustice to yourself and the people around you.

NFW- I just had a good laugh. Earlier today I was on a video conference call reviewing a Private Label Agreement template with a larger company who wishes to brand label products we develop and manufacture. We came to a very one-sided provision and my sales VP stated “for this one, how can we just say ‘hell no’ ...nicely?” The other person on the call said we can replace the wording with just NFW (no f@$* way) and I said “I will have to add that to the defined terms section so it’s clear”
