I had a horrible experience with Lentra.AI. The HR asked me to extend the joining date for company XYZ by 1 day so that they can arrange the 3rd Technical round.
I extended the joining date by 5 days. They scheduled the 3rd round and HR round after that. Salary was discussed as well.
They didn't release the offer and kept me waiting till the new joining date by saying the approval is pending. Even on the joining day the HR asked if I could delay my joining by 2-3 hrs. I agreed to that as well.

I want better for myself and family but 1. I don't enjoy the same things forever 2. Imposter syndrome and RSD make me believe it's acceptable to start over in new places at low salaries. 3. Typical college won't work for me. 4. I also can't relocate.

In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional.
