I had a recruiter reach out with an opportunity “outline” (suspiciously close to being on target with my background) and then asked me to put together an executive dossier, and recommended I use their expert to put it together. I am assuming this is someone for hire. This sounds too suspicious to proceed with and I won’t. But curious if others have received a similar outreach and if this is a known scam.
