I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant for the Analyst Trainee (IT Support) role. I joined the Microsoft Teams link at the scheduled time and waited patiently. However, I was stuck on the “You’re early, the organizer will let you in” screen for over 1.5 hours, and no one admitted me.I tried contacting the HR who reached out earlier, but there was no response. The experience was disappointing after putting in so much effort.
Better communication from the team would have been appreciated.

I am an associate at a UMM and my employment contract has a 4 month non compete (yes, even for associates) but I am thinking of lateraling. What are the implications of breaking a non compete? I didn’t say anything when I signed because I was desperate for a PE offer but it seems so unfair as I am just a lowly associate. I am not so much worried about getting sued, but about my current employer tanking my reputation if I leave and break the non compete.
