Honestly, I have had them go both ways. There really is no telling. Some interviews are just more laid back than others. Hopefully you get an offer though!
Yeah I’ve had the same but it’ll be nice to know which way the interview goes sometimes!!
Sometimes it just means the manager is really bad at their job 😂 I have been hired by someone like that before, and I think it's because they liked hearing themselves talk so much that they went away from the interview feeling like it went perfect 🤷♀️
Maybe that’s true😂 I guess some managers are better than others!

I am the opposite. I like to let the interviewee speak. That way I can detect characteristics, along with their personality, skills, knowledge, etc. As for when an interviewer talks too much, it’s a disservice in their part; they’re not getting to know you and they are painting their company in a not so polished light. It could mean you make them comfortable enough to speak in that way, but who knows
I think that’s the best way to do it. You’re not gonna get to know someone if you don’t let them speak!

I’ve had it go both ways. You really can’t tell how it goes until you have an offer in hand. Did the interview go the full length? Did they ask you a lot of questions?
I’ve had both too and some of them ask loads of questions and some don’t so it doesn’t really tell me anything!
