I had an offer from LTI Mindtree, and after asking for a revision, I saw my offer status now shows as “revoked”. HR had verbally agreed to send the revised offer.

Has anyone else experienced this? Did the revised offer eventually come through, or was it cancelled? Any advice or experiences would be really helpful.

I realized a slow pace at work is really bad for me. A couple years ago I was experiencing burn out from my fast paced job supporting transactions, and believed by moving to a slower job in a lower cost area, I would be sailing off to the sunset. Wrong, I spend weeks following up with other teams, often times they forgot what we discussed, so I spent 50% if the time reminding them of the topics and next steps. I spend most of my time writing memos no one will read.

Why the resource team is wrongly mapping to higher level management role project proposals. Like 4 yr experienced people are being proposed for 10 year experience requirement.
