I had my interview at Thoughtworks, and I passed all the rounds of the interview now yesterday was the leadership round and today I got the call from recruiter that the feedback is positive BUT the client has put the position on hold. Do you think this is right after almost 4.5 - 5 hrs of so many interviews? And now the recruiter said he will get back if the position opens again in next 6 months, do you think this is ever going to happen at Thoughtworks now? Has anybody else faced this?

Hi All, I am 11 yoe, working at a medium sized product company and I got an offer from Thoughtworks (50% hike) for a Lead Consultant role in data engineer profile.

Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ? Right now I am at 25 lakhs with 8.3 years of experience.
