I had my Round 2 interview for the Power BI - Consultant role on 4th September. It's been 9 days, but I haven't received any update yet. The portal still shows the status as "Interview in Progress." How long it usually takes to hear back regarding Round 3?

Almost 4 weeks in and my status is still wrong. It was correct for the first ~1 day and then bumped down a level. Shouldn’t be hard as all my nights last year were SPG. This is ridiculous.

If your employer mandated you need to come in 5 days a week would you consider quitting? My situation is I live in my geographical territory and the office is 45 minutes away. No performance issues at quota consistently.

Anyone else starting to realize everything in med school was to train us to be good at memorizing and following orders/guidelines given to us from someone else. Starting to feel like I haven’t done any real diagnostic medicine ever.

What is a material billable hours difference from your peers at the same group? If I bill 150 less a year than another associate should I be worried?

How much stock do you put on benefits? I have two offers with stark differences in benefits. Job 1: role I want, but benefit sucks (2 weeks paternity leave, 20% coinsurance). Job 2: role is okay but higher level and great benefits (16 weeks paternity, 0% coinsurance, 5 more days of vacation). Total comp is the same though. I wonder if I should just focus on role but Job 2 is a large company, so I can move around after 2-3 years I’d expect. Thoughts?

I had a quick question

Had a call with audit leaders last week and were told that they haven't finalized the office building and they will get possession of the new building in Pune only by Jan 2023.

Currently they just have the ITS with the seating capacity of 30 people.

Now for audit they want us to go to office 2 days every week. How are we supposed to do that when they don't even have an office? But they are still adamant to get us back to office location by June 1.

In the interviews they precisely mentioned the role is for "SAP Solutions Architect" and not a normal SAP development role.
