I had my technical and managerial rounds on 20 May. I received an email the same day asking me to upload my documents to the iBegin portal, which I did. However, I haven’t heard back from HR since then. I’ve tried reaching out by call and email, but haven’t received a response documents status in ibegin is still pending for verification
Has anyone recently interviewed ? How long did it take to get an HR call after document submission, or is there any chance they can completely ghost

I signed for a new job two months ago and will start next month (3 mo notice period in Europe). They were very keen on getting me on-board ASAP before signing but since I signed the contract it has been silent from the new employee. I've emailed them with questions as I'll be re-locating to NL and it takes them 1-2 weeks to reply. Given all that's going on in the world, I'm worried they might fire me before I even start.

I am the only developer in my team and my manager has assigned me a project in which I need to create a tool from scratch although that is currently running in production build by third party and we don't have access to that code.

I am on notice period and I am 100% sure that project won't be completed before my LWD.

What should I do, I asked him to put some extra team members but he didn't agree, seems like he will add extra team members 2-3 weeks before my LWD.

How to avail leaves in notice period last working day is 9th January, best time to use them without letting anyone know
