Emotionally disconnect from work, accept you have to set aside time to accomplish work tasks to get paid, and enjoy your life outside of work
For starters, dissociate from it. You make up your mind that you will be leaving and decouple some of the anxiety of performance in the current role because you intend to leave.
Second, try to organize your future timeframe. Can you handle 3 more months of the situation? 6 months? If you average 10 applications a day for 20 days, you will more than likely start generating some interviews.

If you’re quitting anyway, don’t worry so much about it. Do the minimum, take care of yourself, and start looking elsewhere

Please take the time to do the work to figure out what it is that you hate about your current job, and what it is that you need from a new one. If you don’t, I promise you it will be the same story at a different employer. Take care of yourself and I wish you all the best!

Been there. Find some self care you can add in, ensure you take time off—even if it’s just a day every 2 weeks. Make sure you can love the rest of your life to help offset until you find something else. Also…find someone you can talk to and vent with, whether it’s a friend, family member, or therapist. It definitely helped me get through that time to have people who understood.
So sorry. I hope you find a new job soon. Hopefully you can focus on yourself and make plans outside of work that makes you happy

This was me last year in my previous company. Had the worst boss. Rude, arrogant, emotionally and verbally abusive, I just hated every single day. But it was a mindset shift to “survive”. Take some time off, disconnect emotionally from
The job (it isn’t your life it’s a job), and keep looking for a new role. Good luck and it gets better!
Quit immediately. Nothing is worth being miserable. Life is all we got!
