Make sure you use the restroom before you go to sleep, don’t drink too much water before bed, and lastly I would also go to the doctor to ensure it’s not a medical issue.
So your body produces a chemical in your kidneys when you sleep which stops you needing the loo at night. Sometimes if your body isn’t producing it for some reason can cause incontinence. Go see a doctor
See a urologist.

Find an SO that’s into it
Have you seen a therapist? This can often be a sign of unresolved trauma. But it can also be a medical issue. I would talk to a medical doctor and a therapist
Sleeping deep isn’t a problem, sleep deep is a good thing. You can sleep deeply without wetting the bed. I wouldn’t be so quick to say it’s not trauma. As both a licensed therapist myself as well as someone who realized later in life there were traumas in my life I had never even realized were trauma, don’t be so quick to just conclude that’s not it.
I’m 29 and tequila does this to me
Seems to me that sleeping on the toilet would solve your issue but then again I’m not a doctor.

When i was a kid and had this issue, there was a prescription I got from the doctor and could use for things like sleepovers to prevent the bed wetting. Not sure if you can take these all the time, but they do work

Oh really? Do you remember the name?
Are you talking about enuresis or another kind of bed wetting?

Could it be other health related issues? Can you talk to your doctor about diabetes perhaps?
If researching, maybe similar underlying causes as night sweats

Get checked at the hospital. There may be some underlying conditions that can causing. I know it can be very frustrating but the first step is to be kind yourself in all this.
You should also consider lifestyle adjustments such as refraining from drinking water after say 8 pm or earlier (experiment to see what works).
Lastly set alarms for every 3 hours (experiment to find what works) to remind you to wake and pee.
I hope this helps! Rooting for you!

Go see a sleep specialist. There are doctors who focus on this field. There are also sleep labs where they observe you overnight and take constant body readings and brain activity readings. It’s very common I have been multiple times for a different problem apnea
Go see a UROLOGIST.
Not being a jerk but you need to get medical help. Talk to your general practitioner first and go from there.
