I have 13 YOE and currently working as Java Tech Lead on 30.62 LPA.
Now, I have two offers:
1. Lead Consultant / 34 LPA / Infosys
2. Tech Lead / 40 LPA / Veersa Tech

Both are Hybrid working at Noida base.
Please help me in choosing one.
