Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.

Dude with all your skills you can easily find a job. Create a very good portfolio and look for a position that fits your talent.
Narrative design? Modeling and animation? Level design? Those are all so wildly different.
Pick one! You have a UX Background. Quite a few game companies out there hiring UX game dev positions. That’s probably your best path forward.
No one at a studio wants to hire a generalist to a specialized role with no dev experience. You have 8 years of full stack and design. You have to leverage what you’ve done into what you want to do.
I have 2 years of development experience in games now. But I have touched on all aspects of production.
Mostly because I had to. But I have gained a preference in the creative and design side of things.
Why not just transition to a software job? Better pay, better hours. There's been a lot of activity in the metaverse recently. Gaming-adjacent.
Open to anything tech related. Web, Mobile, Software, Games. Games are my passion. That doesn't mean I am ignoring opportunities elsewhere.

Your skills and experience are just all over the place. You started as a UX Designer, then went into web development, and recently over the last 2 years went into very specific game development.
UX Designer is completely different from Front-End Software Engineer which is subsequently very different from Game Developer.
You need to focus on one specific area and pursue that. You can search for jobs such as "Web Developer", "Front-end Software Engineer", or even "Full Stack Software Engineer" if you semi-know both front/back end. You also need to cater your resume to the positions you're applying for.

Why not find a web developer job and then do game development during your free time? That's what a lot of developers do whether they are doing side projects, startup ideas, side hustles, social media, or something else entirely. With a good job and WLB, you'll be able to make good money to live life and also work on your passion outside of work.
If you love game development, you could create a resume and include your Web Dev YOE + your Game Dev YOE (you prob need professional experience and/or some side projects), but it'll be difficult since you only have 2 YOE for Game Dev which in itself is a very specific niche.
