- bnp - 26.5 lpa fixed ( chennai location) (technical lead)
But both the cases , I need to relocate.
7 years java fullstack
- have service based companies offer in my current location (Wipro,mindtree, cognizant,)
- amdocs in process (current location)

Bnp seems more flexible with wfh option .10days offc and rest wfh.

I’ve been a licensed general lines (2-20) insurance agent for year and a half and have sold around 2M in premium, of which most of it is personal lines (homeowners, DP), and some commercial lines business. Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
