EY-P - Base: 35 LPA. No joining bonus. 10% variable. (EY-P)

Both are Gen AI roles.

YOE: 8 years 3 months

Anyone here can help me understand how the quality of work, growth and WLB is in Accenture?

My Preference in below order:
1. Quality of Work
2. Growth (hikes etc)
3. WLB

I believe that I am being low balled on my Fixed compensation in Accenture.
