Same. But I think the new rule is that DoT will let the airlines decide whether and how to let “emotional support” animals on the plane. Previously the airlines had to let them. Now they can choose.

Very sad about it. My dog is a huge help to my anxiety. Most people don’t notice him on flights. Very sad day to many people with real mental health issues.

Not they’re not, unless they’re service animals, which assumes that you have a disability recognized by the ADA. My conditions are not considered disabilities. // What’s going to happen is that people like me are going to say that their trained dogs are service animals, since there is no way to disprove it without violating a person’s privacy, which takes us back to square 1.

I accepted an offer to work at an Am Law 100 firm in June. I just graduated law school in May. They offered a stipend and reimbursement for bar expenses. I am currently still waiting for any word on when the money will come. They have not started onboarding me or anything. Should I be concerned? Why are they dragging their feet? Okay, so I have pretty bad cystic acne, clogged pores and enlarged pores. I’ve been using curology and a mild dermatologist recommended soap. I’m relocating in two weeks, which requires flying with my cat. I’ve never flown with a pet in-cabin before. (U.S. domestic flight) I already have a vet appointment booked for the vet certificate. Can I just vent on how annoyed I am with the increase in “priority boarding” of people that are able bodied? I am happy to let them on first. But I think they should get off last. So many times they are limping or in a wheelchair boarding. And then when we land that are the first to jump up and scurry off. Just not ethical.
