I have 3.5 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath. Recently joined a top MNC, but they assigned me support work, which I haven't done before. My manager questions my knowledge, scolds me, and asks tough scenarios I haven’t encountered. He expects me to complete all UiPath Academy courses in 2 weeks. Looking at either renewing my lease downtown or moving to Deep Ellum. Questions about job hopping-
My average tenure at a company is ~1.5 years (with ~11 YOE), but each jump I've made has yielded progressive/tangible career growth.

I'm concerned after my most recent jump (went from a product director to a head of product position at a different, smaller company after only a year) that I've kind of poisoned future career prospects at larger companies.
