Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

FYI—I had to take BEC because my NTS was going to expire. I had no idea what was going on and legitimately didn’t read whole questions and just filled in sims and the essays. Wasn’t even educated guessing, I was just straight guessing. My some miracle, I ended up passing. I say this not to encourage this strategy (*DON’T* use this strategy), but to let you know that you don’t know your score until it’s released. Give yourself a break, do something fun, and don’t beat yourself up. Hang in there! You’re going to be a CPA.
Okay fam....passed FAR..really can’t predict this exams but I am glad...2 more to go.

I know a guy who didn’t even finish 2 sims and still passed
You’ll do better than you expect. I had to leave an entire sim blank (ran out of time) and still managed to score a 77. Everyone feels defeated walking out of that monster of an exam.
It will be okay. I had to take FAR, BEC and AUD twice. In fact, I've failed AUD twice, last time with a 73. If you want, you can take a few days off from studying and then start up again.
No worries. I literally cried after I took FAR and thought there was a 5% chance I passed. Was able to pass with a 78. It’s a tough exam. Have faith! And if not, come back and kill it next time
I’m a guy and I full on cried in tears after my exam because I thought I failed. Turns out, I passed so keep your head up! Btw don’t remember last time I cried before FAR 🤣
I felt the same way coming out of FAR. I might as well have left half the sims blank that’s how bad I thought I did. Ended up getting a 78, so keep your head up and take a break from studying and relax. You deserve it

What was your experience in the testing center? Were you allowed to eat or drink on your break?

@DEPM1 I wasn’t told there’s any change in the breaks taking process so I would imagine you should be able to take break to do what you wanna do, hope that helps!
You never know. I left 3 sims blank and got a 72.
On man... you giving me a ray of hope at the same time freaking me out... we shall know by next week this time how it turns out, will keep all posted..
