Have been the company I work for appr 10 years. Was given a big increase 4 years ago (13k per year) and not given anything after that. Hve worked some weeks 6 days a week and have filled in when one of my staff resigned. Even worked the first 4 days after my brother passed away last year. I recently asked for am increase and my boss mentioned the increase from 4 years ago. They finally came back to me.with a small increase after all these years. Any advice on my next move?

Gym, work, hour break for dinner, study until you are ready to sleep. Did that for 3/4 and it sucked...gave myself Fri/sat/sun nights off (~5pm)
