Why is this bowl so cold? 😀
One of my favorite podcasts did an episode on Adderall. Most of the info won’t be new, but there were some interesting snippets in there. I also thought it was a useful educational resource to share with your family and friends.

I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.

Role as a Product Owner
Good offer.. Take it
For many companies, packages are based on their budget for that role and how u perform in the interview...so, if you feel you are underpaid considering your commitments and expectations, try to negotiate a Lil further. Always ask what their budget is for the role, accordingly pitch your salary requirements.
However, few companies hike based on previous salary which is in my opinion not right. In this case, ask why you are being paid only so much while other companies are paying higher for the same position. This will give you an idea of what to expect and how to convince them to pay you your expected package.
Having said all this, always prepare yourself for salary negotiations, do research and analysis before interviews. Check for the pay ranges for the role you are applying for. Study the company history. We need to do ground work before interviews, to ensure there is no pay disparity.
Yes, mainly they have considered previous salary, that is the main issue. their only point was that they have have given 100%+ increment.
I tried to negotiate but they did not increase
