I have 9 years of experience in Salesforce development, I want to now appear for interviews but I am not prepared and scared. Any suggestions how to start studying for the Salesforce interview at 9 years of experience?

I believe you are coming from a different tech stack and wanted to move into Salesforce. The right way is to start with a trailhead and gather your understanding and then move towards the interview questions. But nowadays cheeky people are directly jumping into questions and they even get success.

You have 9 years of exp. Why are you scared?

How were you developing for 9 years without technical knowledge. I think you are feeling scared for no reason.

Ask ChatGPT to take mock interviews. Do this for a month. You’ll fail initially but get better if you keep trying. After about a month start attending every interview you can find and build confidence on that.

WFH Vs WF Office Vs Hybrid, Which one should you take?
If you are fresher, go for a WF Office setup. You will learn things beyond your work. In the initial phase of of your career, one needs to focus more on learning than on comfort. The interactions at office, meeting with collegues, conversations at the cafeteria, sense of responsibilty, the need to walk up on time to reach office etc will shape you for better.

Once you have a work experience of few year then any setup is fine. Go for WFH.

Hello folks,

I have 5.2 years of experience into Salesforce development and TechM was offering me 11 lpa ctc 5 months back....For some reasons, I was compelled to join CTS which offered me only 9.6LPA.

Now I realise that I am being underpaid and also I see no growth in the kind of project I am working with here in CTS....

I have an offer of 14 LPA. How much should I ask for if CTS plans to retain me?? Please help me with this.... I don't have any clue of the retention policies here in CTS..
