"We are please to extend you the position of XYZ to you at our Bengaluru office ".

In the mail they have attached all docs related to compensation, benefits, new hire docs etc.
But I don't have a document for complete offer letter in one pdf.
When asked they told we can consider this as the offer initiation.
Bit confused and worried, can anyone please suggest something. It will of grt help

Hello guys, I have got an offer on contract basis for Qatar location from one of the MNCs in Pune. I am a software professional with around 7.3 years of IT experience. But they will be offering me Max 14k Qatari riyal per month. So, will it worth going there if i have to manage accomodation,food and transport on my own. Please can suggest me something about it, it's a contract based offer for 6 months extendable. Will it be a good idea to go to Qatar with this much of salary? Thanks in advance!

The compensation difference is not much and around 1 LPA. I have around 30 days of NP left with current organisation.

Got an offer at NatWest chennai. Pay is decent. After submitting resignation, i got promotion initiated as well. But package wise NatWest is way high. Pls pour in your suggestions in terms of job security, propagation regulations in NatWest.

So I work as an assistant manager at a restaurant for the past 9 months. I've worked in restaurants for the past 6 years science I was 16. Now I'm 22. I went to a trade school for media and film. I got a dream opportunity to work in the field making about the same or 10% more. I told myself the only reason I'd leave this company is for this type of job. Should I take the chance at this job and leave the restaurant that is on the rise and growing?

The parents were oblivious to proper etiquette and other guests complained making the parents of the screaming baby wildly offended. How does management appease all parties? Or is it best to protect the masses?
