I have a shoot coming up in the next two weeks. But I also have a new job offer with a semi flexible start. Do I give my notice now, and let my agency find a replacement for the shoot? Or do i go, and basically quit the day after the shoot? It’s not a project I’m not super excited about…so it’s more a matter of me feeling guilty about quitting just as a shoot starts, and making the agency scramble to replace me. The work itself is meh.
